    Visited Hockley for the spa (head, hand, and foot massage). Started off not so great. They changed our appointment time without telling us so we showed up "late". Not the first time this happened to us. When we showed them the confirmation email we received they were completely unapologetic that they messed up and didn't try to rectify the situation at all. We were supposed to both go at the same time but they ended up doing one at a time so it took twice as long as we had expected which messed up our plans for the day. The actual massage was okay. I let the masseuse know that I would prefer more pressure, but she wasn't very responsive so it was more an oil rub than a massage. The good part was the waiting room. The ladies lounge is super relaxing and comfy.
